Gift Card Terms & Conditions
To purchase an Artel gift card:
To buy an Artelglass virtual gift card, visit our gift card page.
Select a gift card amount, add a personal message, and choose the time and date you would like the message to be delivered to the recipient by email.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
To redeem an Artel gift card:
Redeem your gift card by entering your unique gift card code in the gift card field at checkout on our online store or make a purchase at our Prague flagship boutique.
If you have a balance remaining on your gift card, you can use it again on future purchases until the balance reaches $0. Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
Currency & Exchange Rate (EU Customers):
Gift card balances are held in US Dollars (USD). For customers in the European Union, the USD value will be converted to the local currency (EUR or CZK) at the point of checkout using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase. No additional currency conversion fees will be applied.
Expiration:
Your gift card will expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
